Swimming

Whether you're diving in for fun or aiming for a personal best, Special Olympics swimming provides opportunities to build confidence, make new friends, and be part of a team. Life jackets are allowed. Practices are not meant to be traditional swimming lessons.

When: Thursdays starting February 19th

*Practice dates are as follows: 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/19, 3/26, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23

Time: Athletes will be divided into two sessions- 6-7pm (ages 8-16) and 7-8pm (ages 16+)

Where: John Marshall High School Pool

Competitions (optional; no state due to USA Games):  April 12th, 9a-3p in Rochester & TBD April 26th 8a-4p in Eden Prairie
