Leadership University

SOMN offers Leadership University to athletes once a year at a Minnesota college or university. Leadership

University is a one-of-a-kind event where athletes choose what leadership topic they would like to grow in and

receive innovative training to get athletes where they want to go.

Each Athlete is required to be accompanied with their Unified Partner, and together they will learn, develop

skills, and apply their knowledge in their teams and communities.

General sessions are included at Leadership University, these sessions include guest speakers, learning how to

be an athlete representative, the history of ALPs and other pertinent information.

Please note athletes need to be 18+ to participate.

For registration and further information please visit the Athlete Leadership page or contact Kelly.
