Volunteers & Coaches
Volunteers & Coaches
Volunteers are critical to the success of the Rochester Flyers. We serve over 250 athletes and need volunteer coaches, supporters, mentors, and management team leaders to support our busy delegation. In exchange for your gift of time, you’ll receive the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our athletes. The more coaches we have, the better we can help athletes reach their full potential.
No athletic expertise is required to volunteer as a coach. Simply bring a willingness to have fun and be open minded. Sport specific training is provided by SOMN. SOMN requires a specific ratio of coaches to athletes during practices and competitions so that our athletes are adequately and safely supervised and coached.
